Alex Rins scoorde zijn eerste triomf bij Honda, waarnaar hij voor het seizoen overstapte van Suzuki. Rins stelde de eerste overwinning van het LCR Honda team sinds 2018 veilig. Rins won met bijna drieënhalve seconde van de Italiaan Luca Marini, met de Fransman Fabio Quartararo als derde.
